My responsibilities:
Build and Lead a marketing team to manage communication items and boost sales for businesses on the online platform.
Made strategies for a year and ran plan details to get goals—a budget of 300 million VND per month for multiple channels.
Demonstrating our team's adaptability and versatility, we proposed and implemented plans that effectively optimized brand growth efficiency, showcasing our ability to navigate and succeed in a dynamic business environment.
Held events to introduce a new brand in the company, trained the staff in digital marketing skills, and planned marketing and personal plans.
Results: Achieved growth in reach and engagement of brands to end consumers. I got revenue of 3,000,000,000 VND through online channels from B2C.
