Planing and buiding team
- I planed all the marketing strategies (online and offline ) for VNCE 2018, 2019, 2020
- I built a digital marketing team for VNCE from scratch with a digital marketing leader (me), a content and a seeding part-time job team.
- Planing for channel marketing use in 2018, 2019, 2020: Digital and event holding.
=> I got to learn how to built a team, and control the team, function and task as well as profit of each position in 2018 and 2019. My plan for digital marketing was all done and event finished at 80%.
Business strategy
- I gave many new ideals to the Director about business strategies.
+ for structure of the company: I helped to build a new team: a sale online team that find new customers who contact via fanpage, hotline of company
+ for business strategy: Đẩy mạnh truyền thông quảng cáo theo vùng miền dựa trên loại hình ngành nghề doanh nghiệp tại vùng đó, đẩy sale theo sau quảng cáo truyền thông để hút khách và chốt hợp đồng chiếm thị phần
=> Hoạt động này giúp làm tăng thị phần 1 số dịch vụ của VNCE ví dụ chứng nhận hợp quy vật liệu xây dựng ( VNCE có thị phần thứ 2 toàn quốc), Chứng nhận hợp quy giấy và hàng dệt may ( có thị phần đứng thứ 1 toàn quốc).
=> In over 2 year in VNCE, I did:
- Make a marketing team
- Make a sale online team

I worked in Aira hospitality group as a part-time job, AHG group is a chain of hotels in Vietnam in Hanoi, Sapa, Hoi An.
I am in digital marketing and marketing consulting for this company : run facebook ads, google adword, google my business.
I making marketing plan for run a fine dining restaurants in 5 start hotel's AHG : branding, event, and strategies business for the restaurant.
Facebook ads
=> I got:
- Hold 14/2 event for couple booked table in the restaurants.
- Made promotion for 8/3 event for customers
- Made promotion for Sapa hotel and widen Channel for sale ( by sold voucher for year, find personal partner for sale)
- Widen brand by e- commercial and hold small event for hot face ( small Kols).

=> This activity helps increase the market share of some of VNCE's services, such as certification of conformity for construction materials (VNCE has the second market share nationwide) and certification of conformity for paper and textiles (with market share). Ranked 1st nationwide).
